Commercial  Architecture 

R. S. Baclawski has completed numerous projects for business & industry. Such projects include office buildings, retail establishments, lease space improvements, restaurants & lounges, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, convenience stores, & fueling stations.

Residential Architecture 

Robert Baclawski‘s residential work varies from garage conversions to private estates & includes forensic repairs after fires and floods. We have developed passive solar, active solar, & super insulated designs using energy conserving materials such as insulated concrete forms, structural insulated panels, adobe, logs, straw bales, etc.

Eco-Friendly Architecture

R. S. Baclawski & Associates has been in the forefront in the use of innovative & alternative materials in construction of residential & commercial structures. We have developed projects using structural insulated panels, insulated concrete forms, impact resistant wallboard, concrete planks, tension materials, light weight steel, & other modern materials. Robert Baclawski has also been instrumental in the repopularizing old materials such as rammed earth, adobe, logs, heavy timbers, straw bales, & load bearing masonry. Robert Baclawski has developed projects using passive solar, active solar, Feng Shui, & many other design principals.

Forensic Evaluation

R. S. Baclawski has performed forensic evaluation of existing facilities to increase efficiencies & determine the cause of building system failures. These evaluations have included major and minor envelope failures, such as leakage, component movement, & deterioration; comfort system failures, such as improper distribution, or control systems; & structural system failures; for commercial & residential structures.
